Invite-a-Friend

Children's Privacy
Our website and magazine are directed to teenagers as well as children (individuals under the age of 13). Except in respect of contests as outlined below, if a child who is under the age of 13 is asked to provide personally-identifiable information, she will need to provide the e-mail address of her parent or legal guardian, and we will contact that parent or legal guardian to obtain their agreement to our use of their child’s information.
For contests, if a child under the age of 13 enters a contest and is selected to be eligible to win a prize, we will contact the parent/legal guardian (not the child) for prize fulfillment, including obtaining further information needed to award the prize and for any prize delivery. We do not use the child's personal information for any purpose other than enter the child into a contest and we not share the information with third parties except as described above in this Privacy Policy. With respect to contest entrants, we do not retain the child's personally-identifiable information in our database once the contest in question is complete and prizes have been awarded.
